Service Policy Statement

 

Our customers,vendors and employees access our services through various channels - onsite,via telephone, online and in person. We make all attempts to provide access to anyone who is interested, despite geography or disability. Should you wish to access services provided by Dougan & Associates and have a question about doing so, please do not hesitate to contact us at 519-822-1609 or at info@dougan.ca

 

Accessing Services of Dougan & Associates


If you are attending a meeting or visiting in person to the offices of Dougan & Associates and you require help with an assistive device such as a wheelchair, walker, cane, etc. you are welcome to make arrangements with us ahead of time to assist in your arrival. While Dougan & Assocites does not provide assistive devices, we will make every effort to accommodate people who require the use of their assistive device in order to visit our office location. 

 

Due to health concerns, pets are prohibited at our office location. However, should you wish to visit our office and you currently utilize a service animal, please simply notify us ahead of time and we will be prepared to identify this to a volunteer upon visiting you on your arrival.

Should you require the assistance and accompaniment of a support person in order to visit our office, you are welcome to attend with a support person.

 

Notice of Service Disruptions


Dougan & Associates will notify the public of a disruption in facilities or services through the main telephone voicemail messaging service. Whenever possible, the notice will include the reason for the disruption, its duration, and the alternative access to services.

 

Feedback


Dougan & Associates is committed to maintaining and improving access to its services by all people including customers, vendors, employees and the general public.  Comments regarding the manner in which Dougan & Associates provides services are welcome and appreciated. Feedback can be provided in person, by telephone, in writing or by email.

If you request a response to the feedback, the Office Administrator will contact you within three [3] business days to discuss your concerns and next steps.
